Bedworth United FC can confirm that defender Jordan Hayward has joined the Greenbacks on a dual-registration from Racing Club Warwick, following his departure from Rugby Borough FC after a 7-day approach.
Jordan is a left-back by trade but is comfortable in a number of positions, adding further quality and versatility to the squad.
We would like to thank Dave Stringer and Rugby Borough FC for their assistance in helping us get the signing over the line.
Joint Manager Jamie Lenton had this to say:
“Andy Penny (Penno) and myself have been long-time admirers of Jordan and were delighted to add him to the squad. We’re really looking forward to seeing him become a Greenback.”
Jordan goes straight into the matchday squad for tonight’s Northern Premier League Midlands Division fixture away at Basford United.
Welcome on board, Jordan!
