Pat hands over her mop

It is with sadness today that we announce that Pat Cramp has mopped the floor for the last time.

Pat has been cleaning Bedworth United’s clubhouse for the last 25 years.  In her time here Pat has out lasted numerous Chairman and Managers and has seen the clubhouse change dramatically since she started.  There are not many people who would come in every morning and clean up after parties, functions and presentation nights so that the clubhouse is ready for the next morning.  Sometimes Pat has been in as early as 6am to ensure that the clubhouse is ready to go for a 9am start the next day.  We could not let the occasion past without having a ceremonial handing over of the mop to current chairman Neill Rayson-Randle in return for her mop the club presented her with flowers and a bottle of bubbly in thanks for all her years of service.

Pat thank you from everyone at Bedworth United for all your years of hard work.  You will be missed and whoever comes in to not only fill your boots but also fill your mop bucket will have a hard task in following the standards you have set over all the years you have been here.
