Bedworth United v Hinckley LRFC preview

Bedworth host Hinckley LRFC tomorrow night in a rescheduled fixture due to the FA Cup replay.

With 10 days since the last time the Greenbacks took to the field it has given Sarah time to work on the injured and we should see some of them return for this game.  Bedworth after gaining their first win of the season at Daventry last time out will be looking to build on that and start a steady climb up the league table.

Newly promoted Hinckley have also found it tough going with 1 win and 2 draws so far from their 6 games, a record that sees them sitting just above the relegation play off places in 16th position 1 point ahead of the Greenbacks. Hinckleys only win of the season came at home against Cambridge City where they ran out 2 nil winners.  Last time out they faced Hinckley again this time in the FA trophy where they drew 0-0 but went through on the lottery of penalties.

Bedworth coach Jamie Lenton said ” We know that they will be well organised and will be in the same boat as us a win for either of us could lift us as high as 12th depending on other results and goal difference.  Yes we have had a poor start but performances on a whole have been there and with a few little tweaks the result will follow and we will climb the league with no doubt”
