Bedworth United v Biggleswade

Bedworth travel to Biggleswade in a rearranged game from back in December.  Biggleswade will be coming into the game on the back of a 2-1 win at home to Kidlington. Biggleswade currently sit 13th in the league and have a record of 9 wins 4 draws and 9 losses.  With 4 of those wins coming since the turn of the year where they have played 6 times already.  This will be the second time Bedworth have visited Langford road this season as we played Biggleswades landlords Biggleswade Town in the FA Trophy.  After taking 16 points from their opening 15 games, they’ve now collected 15 points from their last seven so it will not be an easy task for the Greenbacks and with the influential Lee Northfield playing his first game since August on Saturday Biggleswade will be looking to continue their run of form.

Bedworths run of wins was halted on Saturday by AFC Dunstable at The OVAL so Stu Storer and his staff will be looking for a reaction and the chance to bounce back to winning ways straight away.  Dan Preston got lucky with his yellow card on Saturday coming just after the 5 card rule has been reset so has avoided a suspension.  Bedworth travel to Biggleswade with a full squad to choose from with everyone coming through Saturdays bruising encounter.  With 7 points separating 5th place and 15th place it is looking like the season is going to go down to the wire,  every game from here on in with the league being so condensed is a 6 pointer.  Everyone is crossing their fingers that the game goes ahead as we don’t want another Tuesday like we had when we we travelled to North Leigh.
