Academy Signing – Ryan Boyle

We are pleased to announce the signing of Ryan Boyle to the Bedworth Utd Academy ranks for the 2024-25 season and Academic Year.

Ryan has played for Bedworth United FC for several years in both MJPL and the Sunday League, having started at the age of 5. He has also played for Bulkington FC and, after attending a Sky Blues in the Community coaching camp, went on to join Burbage Old Boys FC in the MJPL. Alongside being a Sport Leader at Nicholas Chamberlaine School, Ryan has represented the school in both football and athletics since Year 7, with the school currently U16 County and District Semi-Finalists.

Ryan is a hard working centre forward, with the intelligence to drop into the pocket and use his pace to spin in behind. Ryan has been described by previous coaches as having a fantastic work ethic, as well as being an excellent utility player.

Ryan was instrumental in Bedworth United u16s team being crowned league champions last season and he hopes to take that form into u18s football, having produced some solid performances throughout the league winning campaign.

Ryan has just completed his GCSE exams and is looking forward to joining the Bedworth Utd Academy. Both Ryan and his family have been impressed with the experience within the Academy so far, with his parents commenting… ‘One of the main reasons we have signed for Bedworth Utd is that Football is Ryan’s main passion, and we couldn’t think of anything more ideal for the next stage (16-18) in his personal and professional development. He can’t wait to get started!’

Great to have you with us in the Academy Ryan. Ryan is pictured with Academy Manager Jamie Lenton and 1st Team Manager Stuart Storer.
