Tuesday 22 September 2026 | 7:45pm Kick-Off
Bedworth United return to league action this evening as we make the trip to Hayden Road to face AFC Rushden & Diamonds, with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm.
The Greenbacks will be looking to put in another strong performance on the road as we continue our campaign in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
A Tough Away Test
Tonight’s fixture presents another competitive challenge for Bedworth, with Rushden & Diamonds providing the opposition on their home turf.
The Diamonds have made a positive start to the season and will be looking to make home advantage count. However, our squad will head to Hayden Road determined to compete from the first whistle and put together a performance that can bring something back to Bedworth.
Head-to-Head
There has been plenty of competition between the two sides in recent seasons, with both teams familiar with one another.
The last meeting between the clubs at The Oval saw Bedworth come out on top, with a 2-0 victory, while the previous encounter at Hayden Road ended in a 1-0 win for Rushden & Diamonds.
That history should ensure another closely fought contest on Tuesday night.
Under the Lights
With a 7:45pm kick-off, it promises to be another exciting evening of football for the Greenbacks.
Our travelling support will once again be hugely appreciated, and we hope to see plenty of Bedworth fans making the journey to get behind the team.
