Bedworth United FC are delighted to confirm that Mackenzie Lamb has committed to the Greenbacks for the 2026–2027 campaign.
Macca endured a frustrating spell on the sidelines last season due to injury, but his return for the run‑in proved invaluable. He played an important role in helping the club secure Step 4 status, showing the same reliability and intelligence that have made him such a trusted figure within the squad.
Naturally a midfielder, but equally capable at right‑back, Macca’s versatility gives the team real balance. When fully fit, he is a big asset — composed on the ball, tactically sharp, and consistently mature in his decision‑making. He keeps possession well, reads the game intelligently, and brings a calmness that lifts those around him.
Everyone at the club believes there is much more to come from Macca as he continues to develop. With an injury‑free season, he has the potential to be one of the standout performers in Green and White.
We are looking forward to seeing Macca continue his progression this season
